Spring Valley Drug & Hardware — Local services in Spring Valley

Overall my experience today was almost great. I went into the hardware section, the gentleman up there was more than willing to assist even though he had a bit of an attitude towards me. I got the hardware I was looking for and headed down towards the register and remembered I needed oil. I asked the lady at the counter and she pointed me up in the direction of the hardware again. The gentleman in the hardware section again showed me exactly where it was which wasn't necessary but okay. As I was looking at the motor oil, I could hear the woman and the gentleman at the cash register talking about stereotyping me. I decided to not get oil there. I get it's a small town, but I have been here my entire life. Only going back one more time tomorrow to return the item that I got. Very disappointed with the signage about the masks at the door. Obviously it’s your business and you can make the rules but the rudeness is just unnecessary. Maybe you think it’s funny or just don’t care what your customers think. I used to come to the store for both pharmacy and hardware needs but I will find somewhere else to go from now on.
