Completely HATE this complex.... Let me go through all that's wrong with it.. 1 - gates never close, even though there is a keypad and the apartments are equipped for answering guest calls to open the gate. 2 - maintenance parks wherever and however they please, even if this means blocking in residents vehicles. 3 - our upstairs has a very weak floor. All that's holding it in tact is the carpet. We've verbally reported this many times only to get the same answer (that they will but in a work order) 4 - the sewers ALWAYS have issues with overflowing. It can take up to weeks before they are fixed (I have pictures!!) 5 - our bathtub needs to be fixed again we get the same response (they will put in a work order) 6 - I've requested they spray for sugar ants for 2 months, they are supposed to spray every Monday, but don't. 7 - the air conditioner still doesn't cool our apartment. (I'll wrap this ordeal up in my final paragraph) yet again they claim they put in a work order. The entire summer we have sweated so horribly bad in our apartment. 8 - they claim to have a gym, theatre room and other stuff... We've lived here about a year. The gym has never been opened, was later told they were in process of getting rid of it. The theatre room is never accessible. So the things that are listed on the brochures are LIES 8 - The pool... It's been opened about 8 days the entire summer. It's always discussing. Children are NEVER accompanied by a parent. The children cuss and scream and throw objects into the pool. I was hit in the head with a soccer ball over the summer, and a friend was hit in the head with a chair! Decided it was time I started going to the lake! 9 - although my apartment has never been broken into, I've seen several incidents while in the office with complaints of tenants whose apartments were broken into. 10 - some of the tenants crank up stereo systems at all hours of the night showing no respect to others who live here and must wake up to go to work. 11 - I've sat on my patio many a time and could overhear fights and arguments. One incident, a lady had a baseball bat and was chasing other people (at MIDNIGHT) while screaming! Things like this always occur no matter the time. 12 - police rarely cruise the parking lot to ensure sound control or vandalism. 13 - first night here, somebody's vehicle was on fire. My husband, a firefighter, woke up at 2am when he saw the light coming from our window. He called 911 for firefighters to distinguish the fire. (The car that was on fire was parked 2 spaces from our vehicle) 14 - nobody seems to know who the owner is so we can send written complaints.

My closing paragraph - I'm completely disabled, and I've fallen several times due to the carpet being what's keeping our floor up. We also have an elderly individual living with us. With the AC not working, this has been one of the hardest summers ever. I feel taken advantage of, because I pay rent on time every month and all the office managers want to do is claim they "put in a work order". I've met some extremely nice neighbors who live here too. This has by far been the worst experience at an apartment complex that I have lived in. I transferred into a 3 bedroom from a 2 bedroom and I regret every minute of it. A couple of weeks after moving into this unit my washer/dryer area flooded in my kitchen and through my closet into my master bedroom. I have complained multiple times for the same issue almost 6 months after my intial complaint. Now that the plumbing issue has gone on for so long, my children's bathroom ceiling caved in and I reported that there was water running down their bathroom walls last week. No one ever came out to fix the issue, so I personally went down to the office to complain once again a few days later when I made it back in town. They lied and said someone would come out to my apartment that day and never did. Now a day later, the ceiling fell in and once again I was told maintenance would come out and fix it that day. I came home from work to find out that this issue was not fixed. I am being told now that they will come out in the morning. They give you the run around and force you to live in conditions that are not safe especially for children. I have had black mold in my apartment twice in 5 months. They tell you that you can email corporate, but they never respond back. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Please...

DO NOT LET THE FAKE REVIEWS OR PICTURES FOOL YOU. This is the most god awful place I’ve ever seen. The manager is a liar and one of the rudest women I’ve ever met. I have multiple videos of her lying to me on camera.

There are BURNT down buildings that homeless people sleep in. Roaches everywhere no matter how much poison you leave out and how clean you keep your place.

The maintenance team is an absolute joke, they have no idea how to actually properly fix anything. We once had no hot water for over a week.

Sewage leaks behind buildings and in parking lot, the community here is just a bunch of freeloaders on section 8 housing.

The parking lot has potholes that will try to swallow your car and the gates are never actually closed.

No cameras like they claim to have, no exercise room, no working laundry room, the pool isn’t open to residents (not that you’d want to swim in it anyways)

I know it’s cheap but I urge you to find somewhere for $100 more dollars that’s much much nicer. This place is a...
