Like all online boutique shops, I was skeptical about Impressions until they proved to be a reputable and reliable online store. Where do I begin? The clothing is high quality so when you see the price, you get what you pay for so Trust me, it’s worth it! I’ve had to contact customer service a couple times and the voices are always so friendly. Someone is always there to pick up during business hours and they have been very helpful. I emailed a question late Sunday after hours and there was a response in my inbox early Monday morning. Even if the clothing was just ok (which it’s not) I would continue to purchase from impressions because of their customer service. I also like that they have options for curvy women. It’s important for every woman regardless of her size to feel beautiful in fabulous clothing. And last bud certainly not least, I recently noticed a diverse set of models. When choosing who to purchase from, it’s equally important to see that companies believe in and embrace inclusion....

I do not normally write reviews for online entities because I don't have personal connections with the company, but Impressions is the exception. Not only are their clothing items high quality for reasonable prices, but they have exceptional customer service. They are quick and personal communication which is appreciated. Their return process is easy and fair. In addition, they are body inclusive providing all sizes. They are VERY transparent in their size and fitting of their clothing giving exact measurements for each and EVERY piece and indicating if it is true to size, runs large, or runs small. They are usually SPOT on. You can compare to previous pieces you have purchased, etc. I have only had to return 4-5 things and I have ordered dozens of time (sizable orders!). I’ve always thought your clothing was sooo cute but never ordered. Well I have a friends shower coming up and it’s fiesta themed. I found the perfect top on your website, ordered it though I hardly EVER order from a boutique online that I haven’t already been to at least once before. I got the top in, tried it in and was so blown away by the quality that I just had to email you! I not only LOVE the shirt and it will go perfectly with white pants to this fiesta party but the quality was thick, durable and fit EXACTLY how I thought it would! I wasn’t sure what I would get to be honest. Some boutiques don’t always have the nicest of quality yet I pay boutique prices. I can’t get over how nice the shirt is and feel as though I spent my money in the absolute RIGHT boutique! I also had to change the shipping address and that was done with a QUICK response and EASE!
