Northwest Technical Institute - NWTI — Local services in Springdale

I am interested in the HVAC program and was told NTI was one of the best trade schools for that so I emailed them few months ago and have not heard anything from them. I then sent a message through their Facebook page and saw where they read it but never replied. Not a very friendly or helpful way to get students to enroll. It shows the school being temporarily closed but on their Facebook page it says they are taking phone calls and emails but I have not had any success getting through. I just wanted some information about their HVAC program. It makes me wonder, if it’s this hard just to get some information about one of their programs then how hard is it to actually be able to get in and start there too.

My fiancé graduated at the beginning of the year and now almost a full year later we’ve been fighting to receive his diploma since he graduated. We’ve been pushed off over and over by multiple staff members and even was called a liar stating that the correct paperwork wasn’t submitted when it was. They ended up calling back and apologizing which we are thankful for but we still have no diploma and every time we ask they just say they will send it in the mail and it will be there within two weeks we have waited almost a full year for his diploma and they will not give it to us they are unprofessional unkind and don’t seem to care about those two graduate we are very happy with the welding program himself but those in the admissions...

I enjoyed my time there and am very thankful for the LPN program they offer. I feel competent in my job and have enjoyed the career opportunities it has opened up to have obtained that licensure. I have no ill will towards the nursing program what-so-ever. However, the other areas of the school as far as administation and student services are lacking. I have been trying for over 6 months to get an official transcript for bridge programs to continue my education elsewhere.
