Absolutely worse customer service every over a faulty grinder. New to this area and this store. Bought a grinder almost a month ago and one of the grinder points break off. I take it to the store, the lady there said she couldn't do anything about it but never saw one break like this. She gives me the managers number and what a joke that turned out to be. I called and left a message, two days go by and I call again just to get some lady with a nasty attitude basically telling me not her problem and there will be no refund or exchange. This store just loss a customer and I will inform all of my friends in the area about the poor customer service and poor quality products. I will be reaching out to the company that made the product Backwoods and see if they stand behind their product line.

The no exchange policy is stupid even when u purchase a vape as a gift and can't open it cause its a gift. Aug 27 2025, 8:30pm at Rte 206 site, bought a TrueMoolah Moonlight Kush vape. I tested my vape and it was good. A gift vape I didn't opened. The owner of the vape opened it in front of me and it this not have any resin product on it. It smelled like it was smoked and placed back in the box. Also still showing that it has 99% resin, but it's empty. Now policy still enforced here and I lost 30 bucks and no replacement. This place sucks! Just being honest. Beautiful display inside. But walking in, the woman at the counter said hello and then looked at us like we were insane for asking if they carry drip tips. She said NO ONE sells them, that she doesn't, and that she's looked EVERY WHERE for them. Leading her to buying 20packs on Amazon. We drove 7 minutes down the road and got one.
