Swarthmorewood Shopping Center — Local services in Springfield Township

What can I possibly say about "Swarthmorewood Shopping Center" aside from "Is that what that strip mall is called? What a weirdly awkward name." The car dealership at one end, which makes turning into the shopping center awkward to get to the CVS. Then there are the Goodwill and the dollar-store-esque place in the middle. A dry cleaner I don't visit often enough, and a physical therapy office I probably need to look into... age takes us all in the end. Finally, we have the 320 Market, which keeps expanding and adding as it grows. It's a grocery! Now it's a deli! Oh, look! Beer garden! Restaurant and pub all in one! Now...PIZZA! Usually, I'd say they must be stopped, but they put out good products, and owners David and Hope are good people. Well, Hope is. David is decent, but Hope is where it's at. I go to this strip mall several times a week for various reasons (mostly for the CVS, let's be real). Occasionally the thrift shop. It needs a Korean fried chicken place... that would really complete the services available. Maybe something biscuits oriented. But, I never knew it was called "Swarthmorewood Shopping Center." I just liquidated my summer home in MB, SC so I visited three Goodwill stores there many times to drop off donations.When you go there you drive up under a canopy...someone greets you...they empty your car..they thank you for your donation and hand you a tax voucher. At this store, I drove to the back of the building...no signs telling you procedure...the man on loading dock totally ignored me...when I asked procedure he directed me to unload my own car and lift all of the boxes up about 5 ft to the landing...he never said thank you and didn't even direct me to the sign that is used to scan the code to get a voucher....it was an unwelcome reminder that I was back in rudeness country. I guess I will visit Green drop...

Love this place people are friendly and there product selection is tops. I never leave there spending less than 100.00. (girlfriend thinks I'm nuts). If you need a tie for the evening or looking for a picture frame for something you can pretty much count on them to have what your looking for and if they don't give it a couple days more than likely something will be donated to...
