Cash Saver 417 — Local services in Springfield

I shop at this store everyday and I have since they have opened their doors and have only had to complain one time in years and it was one individual whom was having a bad day who took it out on my fiance' and my complaint wasn't made on this site or any form of social media. I contacted the parent company or its counter part at pyramid food group LLC in rogersville Missouri and I can assure you the employed was corrected emediately for their behavior. I have had no further problems with staff until the passed three months and this time I'm using this form of negative advertising on the behalf of the big blonde cashier whom refuses to act courteous , let alone respectful when asked to get some cigarettes to purchase and she also becomes down right ignorant and abusive if you try to help by placing bottled water , sacks of potatoes or anything else heavy on the conveyer to assist her in ringing up your purchase !! This has got to be the rudest person I've ever incountered in retail and I am hopeful she will remember and cash saver too that I do not have to shop there . And I can guarantee you that pyramid food group will know this too shortly !! This happened at approximately 8:10 pm easter Sunday in check out number one closest to the cigarette counter and while three other employees looked on and ignored the shopping carts in the middle of the driveways between parking stalls!! Maybe cash savers should raise their costs to a 15 percent add on and hire some professional helpers ,clerks,baggers,and meat cutters and reward employees like Christy who's been there since the beginning and several others , with the salary and positions they deserve to better care for their families and to set an example to others that being courteous and professional is what sets them apart in the retail world. I work with pros in my profession because I am a pro. My customers are always treated like pros and with dignity and integrity and life isnt a box store where the lowest price wins the sale. You can buy a dollar hamburger or a ten dollar hamburger . I'd rather buy the ten dollar one served to me respectfully the way I like and paid for then a piece of mystery meat thrown in a bag and my point is, " this woman's lack of self respect and respect for me makes the whole store look bad and I won't be back until she's corrected her behavior or I just will spend alittle more gas ans go elsewhere like my neighbors already have ! Took my mom shopping for food today and usely she has a good time there and she like going there because she can get more for her money then any where els but today she didn't have and very good experiences today and That's really sad for her because she loves going shopping there but today she had a really bad experiences she got some food and went up to the cashier to paid and she wanted to make sure she had enough money to go back and get more food and that's when the really bad experiences started for her and she was asked by the security there your back for more and she told the security yes i and i have my receipt do you need to see it and the security guard said no and I had my receipt for the things i brought and I ask her do you need to see my receipt and she said no she said that she just seen bags come this way and we started walking to the check out counter and she walk right behind us untill we got to the check out counter it almost made us feel like she thought we were going to steal some we have money to paid for our stuff we don't need to steal something and we would never do that because we are smart enough to know better then that and that's not how a store should...

Hi, Bothers and sisters, today me and my neice went shoppin in cash savers today, went in and got a cart and wipe it down so we can shop. I had gloves on to be safe. Me and her came acroos to guys that were shoppin in cashsavers to. Me and her experience a bully today and he was an adult. The guy was coughing and i turned around of course your gonna turn around and look, cuase what goin on in the world today. The guy was coughing every were and did not cover he mouth up. The other guy was nice. He new he was hangin out with a bad influence person. I got some wipes so my neice was usin it for het hand after touchin stuff. I drop the wipey, I went got some more so she could be safe. Then that guy came back were we were at in store and said he did appreciate, what i did or say, he said he was a nurse and he work around people. all i said was he was coughing told my neice, that all i said i ment know harm. He took it to a different level he blew it all out of portion. Some people will encounter people like that in the world today. For the one that counter suchs bulls like that just walk away cause you are the better preson.Take care...
