Dexter Market — Local services in Springfield

This small market is an essential part of the Dexter community. When push comes to shove & people who either can’t drive or have very limited time, it seems to be a lifesaver. Because of its location (near Dexter Lake & multiple Rec areas) the prices are a little higher but if they have what’s needed for a small trip, it’s worth time & has to buy at Dexter Market. They have a fairly full selection of hard liquor & alcohol products; unfortunately they don’t stock many sugar free products. This place usually has what you need as far as BASIC groceries, personally I think the greatest aspect of this store is that they have a built-in liquor store. The people who run the joint are adorable and fun, there's a lady who often runs the register has a million and a half hilarious one liners, she alone is a huge source of delight for myseld and many other patrons of Dexter Market. I only stopped in once to get directions, so I don't have a great feel for the place. it was a typical roadside quicky mart in the middle of no where. Dexter is a little off the beaten path so it's one of those last outposts of civilization before finding yourself out in the frontier.
