This was our first visit, and we were prepared to order a big "Hoss" sampler of everything (from an online menu we found), but discovered that the menu had changed and that they weren't able to get it updated; so I am uploading images of their menus effective today (June 17, 2023).
We ordered the special of the day, which was a half chicken, half pound of pork, and two sides (we chose Mac'n'Cheese and Cole Slaw). The portions were very generous, and all of the food was very tasty. We will be back for more! We also got to try a variety of BBQ sauces. This is a Texas bbq place so we were expecting cooked greens like poke & spinach etc. Not a huge deal but hubs ordered chicken and the guy specifically asked if he wanted white or dark meat - he chose dark but received white. Other than that, the meat was terrific; not overly smoky but flavorful and perfectly cooked. Sauce was yummy but they were a little stingy with it. I wouldn't get the potato salad again but the fries were freshly cut and crispy fried to order. Good beer selection on tap and it was fresh& cold.

After 20 minutes of waiting, someone from our table walks around the whole restaurant to find staff to take our order. All meat is gone but beef we're told. We make new order decisions. The admittedly new wait staff is friendly. After taking our order, they run back to the bar. More waiting. It is now 640. We entered the building at 530. Dan didn't even get his water.
