First I will start off by saying I absolutely love my boat. The purchase was made with so much ease thanks to Ryan Tykle over at Blue Water Finance. However, I can’t say the same for the sales rep Debra Wallace unfortunately. Debra’s attitude is not one for customer service at all, the lack of respect, condescending tone, snarky remarks such as “I get paid regardless” or the fact that my brand new boat had scratches on it along with on the motor her response to that was “ well when you put it in the water the scratches will be put on there anyway” (which she has yet to send me her copies of the pictures and information to pay to have it all fixed) and just her overall nasty demeanor makes not only myself but also other people that I know who loves being on the water just as much as me not want to ever do business with this company again. Read moreI took my boat in March of 2022 and they told me it would be done by July 4, 2022. I ended up getting my boat in October of 2023. Yes, 2023. Poor customer service. I paid almost 1,900 dollars for repairs. It was so late in the season when I got it back I put it directly in storage. I got it out of storage and took it to the lake and the motor caught fire when I tried to start it. No, it did not have a mouse nest in it. They did not hook up the fuel line correctly and it caught fire. I called them the next day not happy and was told to bring it up to them. I took up there and they fixed it. I would like to know what they did to my boat in the year and a half they had it. My wife and I feel we deserve a refund of 1800 because what I can tell they didn’t do 1800 worth of work. Ridiculous! Read moreI have contacted this company a couple times about used boats they had in their inventory. They are slow to respond, but I did finally get a response on this last one. We negotiated a price and agreed upon it. I am coming from several hours away and asked to put the deposit down on the boat to hold it. He said he needed to work out a few of the paperwork details and would call me the next day for the deposit. I contact him the next morning to find out who to make the cashiers check out to and he tells me he sold the boat to someone else an hour after agreeing to my offer. I don't recommend doing business with this company if this is how they treat...
