Called to inquire if they would pickup our older washer and dryer as I had purchased new appliances and needed the old ones gone. I was thrilled to find out they were willing to schedule a pickup and haul away! Not only were they easy and polite to talk to, but they scheduled my pickup for the very next day! The two drivers who showed up the next day were very kind and extremely efficient at their job. I figured it would be a bit tougher for them as I live in a townhouse on the second floor but they had no complaints and were done in 10 minutes! Later I received a text showing me a photo of our dryer and all the built up lent inside. They explained how they thought our vent must be blocked somewhere and that I was lucky I hadn’t been using the unit recently as it could have been dangerous. Bought a washing machine that was over priced according to another service technician I had to call when Lonnie continuously made excuses as to why he couldn't keep his appts we had made. 3 different times in the stretch of 3 different weeks of their 30 day warranty. When it was obvious he wasn't coming to repair the washer I had to get someone else to look at it. Lonnie stated it was the hoses leaking when in fact it was a seal. $300 repair with a $15 part. Cost as much as the washer itself. If I'd have known that I would have gotten a brand new one for that price and not had to worry with the aggravation of trying to get the one fixed. Now on top of that we have to replace the floor from the washing machine leaking and warping the wood under it. Smh. If I'd have wanted this much trouble I'd have bought one off of market place for $100 to deal with and not had to deal with his rudeness when replying to my concerns. DON’T BUY FROM HERE. The guy told us a certain price on the fridge and stove. When we drove all the way to Bloomington to pick them up we found out the the stove didn’t work and the fridge was gone. I understand merchandise moves quickly. So we looked at another fridge. The guy said it was this price we agreed we looked it over and ended up buying the fridge and broken stove. We get the fridge home after driving an hour and a half. And there is no freezer basket just the drawer. The guy told us to call him if anything was wrong with it and they’d fix it. He also told us we had a 90 day warranty. This morning our fridge quits cooling and I call the Springfield office only to be cussed out by the owner Lonny and then continues to text me about how it’s my fault and doesn’t stop texting.
