Rented a U haul van from them when returning guy at counter takes keys and contract tells me he'll be right back going to check truck. Doesn't tell me a final price or anything because he needed to check mileage. After 5-10 minutes radios guy at desk to print me a receipt. Still no final price or anything.Guy at desk Conner, i think his name was. Ask him how he can print receipt cause I hadn't paid yet. And I was paying with cash, says I had to tell them before hand, told him I told guy day before. Says you should have told him before he took keys so it was my fault. And argued with me that I was supposed To know that. I was upset grabbed receipt and walked out. Get to car check receipt for charge and see that he gave me the receipt for another customer. I go back in to get correct receipt and he proceeded to tell me it was again me fault that he printed and handed me the wrong receipt because I walked out. Talk about worst...

Rented a pontoon boat trailer from them 2 days after a really bad storm they have not had power but are still running strong I called to see if my trailer would be available a little bit earlier and the person who answered the phone was a person working from home trying to still answer his customer's phone calls he kept me on the line while trying to find answers through group texting with his co-workers in the store.. great business man.....
