CannaVibes Emporium — Local services in Battle Creek

This place is terrible!!! I love concentrates and evertime I've went in, they're always out of everything. They told me they placed an order for more and I should come back, so I wait a full week and they still haven't restocked. Not to mention there's been multiple times I've showed up there and they just leave you in the front area with a door bell, but I waited over 5 minutes last time, ringing multiple times with no answer. Finally I just gave up and left. I could see if you're busy every once in a while and get behind, but it's happened multiple times. I show up, ring the bell for service, and wait forever. The people are cool though, but everything else is a no.

Edit: so I was feeling forgiving and thought I'd give these guys one last shot and go grab something there, but I found out they banned me because of my review. So apparently the only ones allowed to shop there are people who sing their praises, but if you have a disagreement about the way things are run and you post that opinion online they "cancel" you. It just proves they deserved the bad review. You would think they would reach out to make things right instead of alienating a customer. How is leaving an honest review about my experience with you "bashing"? Oh well, they are FAR from the only game in town. You will find cheaper deals at other dispos anyway. Don't worry you won't ever find me "secret shopping" in your store again. You say there's only one Cannavibe, well thank God for that!!! Please don't expand to...

Place is a joke . Service unlike no other dispensary I’ve been to, normally you ask the bud tender to check out and hold a product it’s no issue . Asked to check out a few of the flowers , the old white lady pointed to the show case and said everything you need to see is right there . Asked to see a bag to put my flash light on the bud ,because the show case was poorly lit with Amazon led light strips you use for your kids bedroom, she then chuckled and said I’m not gonna let you hold it . I put my flash light up to she show case to try to get a better view the old lady laughed and said are you kidding me. The lady who was trying to help me before her gave up half way and said she can help you, pointed to the older lady and walked away 😂🤦‍♂️ I like the places of business that make you feel at home , welcomed and as family . This is definitely not one . Also she just crushed up my receipt and threw it away , didn’t ask if I wanted it...

Nothing like being a first timer in there and being told no discounts or anything. Go to a dispo that actually wants your business. I am not going to go to the ATM for a $1. I would of rather you kept the shake preroll for your “promo”

I saw the response from the business, and I just want to clarify: I wasn’t upset over $1—I was surprised that as a first-time customer, there was zero effort to welcome or retain my business. The “promo” they mention was a shake preroll, which I declined. I wasn’t asking for anything free, just decent service and respect. I chose not to go to the ATM over a single dollar, which speaks more to the principle than the price.

Their response was misleading, and it only reinforces why I won’t be returning. Plenty of other dispensaries value their customers and don’t gaslight them...
