I purchased a bedroom suite for my son. The bed had to be ordered because the style wasn't in stock. Upon delivery one of the storage drawers was broken in the corner. The installer tried to hide the fact he broke it by gluing the corner back in place and then staining/coloring over it. I only discovered it when the stain came off on my hand. Very underhanded thing to do. I called and requested a new drawer and for someone to come look at the other storage drawer because it was not installed correctly. It is not square and there are gaps between the drawer and casing. I spoke to Joe on MANY occasions and to make a long story short.....after 10 months of phone calls and waiting I now have a new drawer to replace the broken drawer. The other drawer is still not square and the casing was never reinforced like I was told it would be. I'm still missing the middle support pieces that has predrilled holes to attach to the slats. I'm very disappointed with the customer service I was given. I was the one that had to keep calling again and again. You would think that their customer service would at least know to pick up the phone and keep their customer updated on the progress or lack there of. I'm thinking a good customer service management software package needs to be purchased.....or even an excel spreadsheet to keep up with your customers complaints. Great service We bought a recliner and about a month later we had a problem with it. I called, and they sent someone to pick up the chair. That after noon, they brought it back so I would have a recliner. They informed me they had ordered a replacement part, and when it came in, they would pick it up and install it and bring it back. They picked it up at 8:30 this morning and at 1:30 this afternoon they brought it back. It was not an easy fix, but they did it super fast, and there is no way to tell it was even worked on.
