BS Brew Works — Restaurant in Springfield

My husband and I love going to Trivia on Tuesdays at BS Brew Works. We live about an hour a way so we don't get to go as often as we would like. It has always been a fun atmosphere with great food and beer. But they have taken it all up a notch. Their expanded food menu with more non-alcoholic beverages, like unsweet iced tea and sodas, has exploded with options since our visit last summer. There are plenty of wonderful indulgences on the menu, but they also offer delicious healthy options like their abundant hummus platter or their special of pick three Dab salads. I had the classic broccoli salad, pasta salad, and chicken salad, which were all delicious. It was 5 stars before, but everything is up a level with new food and beverage items, added table menus, tablet kiosks at check out, to new trivia sheets with clearer graphics. So glad to have this brewery and taproom open up in our county. Had the privilege of visiting this afternoon, it was fantastic! Located just across the street from The Depot Bar & Grill. Building shows really well, many hours of work went into improving the property this summer, it rivals any taproom in Nashville. Spacious, plenty of seating at tables and bar, industrial theme flows well. There are six local BS beers on tap and a cooler with cans of other offerings including Diskin cider. Orders are taken at the bar. I had a flight of four local brews, my personal favorite was Carrs Creek Critter IPA. We ordered the beer cheese and a kids meal, service was prompt, food was great.
