Thrifty White Pharmacy — Local services in Springfield

I've been using this pharmacy for a number of years now for me and my 2 young children and I am never excited to come here because I KNOW that it will not be a quick process. I drive 13 miles so I have to wait for them. And it is especially slow service if you arrive after your doctor appointment who had just sent over the RX. Today I was more upset because my daughter has strep and in severe pain and they told me it will be awhile because it has to be mixed so we leave and come back 10 minutes later and they tell me they still have not started it so it is going to be awhile yet. So I made the decision to drive 13 miles back home and come back later because I did not want to continue to make my daughter suffer.all I can say is whenever you have to come here plan on it being a PROCESS.
