Dr. Beers and his staff took over my records when my original dentist retired. I had not been to Dr. Beers until I needed a broken tooth/lost filling taken care. From the moment I called until the moment I left after the procedure I was treated with nothing but care and concern. Every step of the way was explained and all my questions answered quickly and fully. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to call Beers Family Dental. Calling moments after they opened I was given the opportunity to come right to Springfield. I was seen almost instantly after some initial paperwork and through the entire assessing process I was constantly being communicated with. The following day I was able to return and had my tooth taken care of. It was after 5:00 and closing hours when I left. Had a crown done in 2.5 hours start to finish! Doc Beers doesn't fool around as he had me anethestised, tooth reduced and shaped and crown measurements taken and ready for the in-house milling machine in about 25 minutes from the time my derrière hit the chair. A 20 minute wait for the milling of the crown and then the fitting. Another 20 minutes for baking the glaze in the kiln and it was time for the final fitting! A little fine tuning and off to Outlaws for happy hour.

My family and I have been going to Beers Family Dental since he started his practice in Springfield. We have not and will not consider going elsewhere. The visits are personal, they ask about our kids who are now adults and on there own. They know us by name and recognize us out in the community as well.
