I have been in this store several times and everyone is absolutely professional and wants to help. Opening a new store is not easy, especially when finding employees is so difficult now. I am impressed by the way I have been treated, keep up the good work.

I will also say that when I was in the store with my 13 year daughter there was a woman using profanity and yelling at the manager. This is after she was screeming through the store after beinag at the checkout for less then a minute. I nformed the manager that was unoading a truck with one of her employees and she was assisting the customer within a couple minutes. It seemed as if there was some miscommunication with another employee that thought he was to be on break. The manager handled the situation with respect l, while being professional. The woman continued to berate the manager even after I spoke up and said the profanity was inappropriate in the store especially when my daughter was there. I applaud the managers people skills and ability to "attempt" to calm the angry customer. Remember, we are all human and we all make mistakes, there is no reason to...

I loved it when it first opened. I could run in grab a couple things and go thru the self check out and be paid and out within 2 minutes. Now suddenly all the self checkout lanes are closed. I was told it's bcuz people were complaining they couldn't find any employees. So now you have to wait in line to be rung up. Why can't they have manual AND self checkouts?!? And when I went in today the only employee wasn't even in the store, he was out in his car smoking. Then when he rings me up the stench of cigarettes is absolutely horrid! A brand new store and there are buckets everywhere to catch water dripping from ceiling AC unit. Someone didn't think that through. I have severe sensitivity to cigarette smoke/residue and actually have an epi pen bcuz of it. Please bring the self check outs back. The problem was the "call cashier" button wasn't working to alert the employees that someone needed assistance. Fix that and reopen the self checks outs. Since they closed them I rarely stop in. Before, when I could check myself out, I would be in 4+...

I like the store overall. I always see them cleaning @ the end of the night which speaks volumes. The younger staff is nice and they always greet me.

My issue is the closing @ 9pm and listening to the night manager say things like "he is happy about it." or huffing and puffing about people entering right before 9pm saying "are you kidding me." Or telling me "I just made it." It shouldn't be like that, customers are coming and grabbing things last minute when we use to have an hour. I am sure he is a nice guy. But he needs to be reminded he is the face of the company he works for whether he cares or not.

This is an at-will work state go find happiness bud.

I hope DG reconsiders the 10 pm closing. There are alot of people that work til 9 and stop in coming into town on the way home. Also @ least leave one self checkout open considering now we all have to...
