Good Times Grill — Restaurant in Squaw Grove Township

(Updating again 9/2025) We had an issue with our food the other night, and everyone was awesome to deal with.

A meal we get there often just didn't taste how it normally does and we called about it that night. They asked us to bring it up the next time we ordered.

We ate there tonight and the manager talked to us for about 10 minutes to try figuring out what may have been to blame.

At the end our our meal they said that another employee had noticed a similar issue, and that they were going to try cooking what we'd ordered before the end of the night to test out if they could figure it out.

They really try constantly to outdo themselves and improve, and I really appreciate that.

(Updating my review) If you haven't been in a while, give them another try!

Been there 3 times since they unveiled the new menu.

I've tried their Italian Beef, mozzarella sticks, burger, chicken sandwich & tenders. This food is GOOD! I now feel like I have so many options now!

Tried in-town delivery tonight since we were busy, the food arrived super quick, and HOT. The cashier on the phone was very patient with my questions, and the delivery driver was nice too.

They also have table service now, so it elevated the experience the first two times we went in (since the refresh).

Bathrooms and dining room are still spotless, and their Coca-Cola is still "crispy!" 😂

I hope they can work out a way to do daytime delivery - otherwise I'd order from them more! (Original review below) I've been there four times, I think it's okay.

Some things confuse me. An example is how you get free chips with a burger, and have to pay for fries, but can't get both...

I wish delivery was earlier in the day, sometimes I could really use a food savior around noon to 3 (when I usually take my lunch). I hope I don't sound entitled lol

I do love the layout of the place, and the fact I can chill a while after eating and no one seems to mind.

I can tell they clean their fountain drink spouts because their Coke is almost like getting a "crispy" Coke at McDonald's. The restrooms are spotless.

Overall it is a place I'll eat at, but there is nothing...

We were very excited about having another food option out here to eat at. What we didn’t realize right away is that this is just another glorified fast food place, not table service. I ordered fried pickles, bbq chicken pizza and cheese pizza. The fried pickles were as thin as a lays potato chip and all I could taste was salt. I questioned if there were even pickles under the over done breading. My bbq chicken pizza had barely any sauce on it and one onion and one piece of chicken on my slice of pizza. I didn’t try the cheese pizza but my daughter said she’d rather have a jacks frozen cheese pizza.

When I went to pick up the food the girl working the register just looked at me, didn’t even say hi. I said hi and told her I had an order for pick up. It was so loud in there from the people behind the counter talking and a group of workers sitting at a table talking and tin walls that I thought she asked what I said. When I repeated myself that I had an order for pick up she threw her hand up with an attitude and said “yeah I know who’s the pick up order for?”

After paying $50 for 2 pizzas and some extra crunchy “chips” I’m...

Absolutely the best restaurant around… great atmosphere… delicious food… friendly staff… always willing to help… has there been a few issues… yep.. but it’s only been almost 2 months since they’ve opened… and despite a few hiccups… it exceeds all expectations!! And… I love the counter ordering… and delivering of our food to the table… I don’t need to be waited on… is it a little expensive… not really… they are making our order fresh to order… using fresh ingredients and meat… so I’m willing to pay the little extra to stay local. Nothing is frozen and it is all prepared in house that day as order..

And… don’t get me started on their delicious scrumptious...
