This review is long overdue. About a year ago, I was in need of milk, eggs, cheese, and sour cream, along with few other miscellaneous items. When I purchased the items, I was shocked by the high pricing on everything. However, I understand that it is a small town grocery store. After returning home with my groceries, I discovered that all of the dairy products I bought had gone sour. I checked the expiration dates, and none of them were past due. I am assuming their refrigeration in the dairy section must have failed for at least a few hours since everything I bought was bad. I called the store to let them know, and they wouldn't offer me any kind of refund for the spoiled products I had purchased an hour before. I was very unhappy with the service and the poor management in allowing spoiled products to be sold. I have never bought refrigerated products from Mike's Food Center again, and will continue to be purchasing them...

I Always find a lower priced item in meat department/ even when meat prices are high. Just have to look close. Friendly and helpful staff/ have shopped for years. When it was still Mikes food center, they catered our wedding. Most staff are still there. They do birthday cakes and wedding cakes as well. Deli department has delicious chicken.
