I am a single mom, my sons dad is around but not working. I actually have a good job and do every single thing my case worker asks of me and somehow is still questioned, get sent papers about fraud all the time.. Even AFTER i prove i am legit it doesn't stop! I know soo many people just in my work place that fraud the system but i can gaurentee they have never been checked up on or given a hard time! I work, receive only medical for my son, i get no food stamps or medicaid for my self due to my pay and STILLLL am CONSTANTLY bothered and offended by these people!! Instead of worrying about screwing someone who works 50 hours a week and only receive medicaid why don't you worry about the million of people who don't work by choice and continue to collect for free. It litterally makes no sense! Why is the system like this!? I am out of Belmont County and my case worker is Stephanie Hall!...

What can I say , their jobs are not easy . But any time I had to contact them for various reasons the staff took the time to listen to me . Even when I was not in agreement with their policies they at least listened and tried to be understanding . Is this not what we want and expect from any agency or business ? Of course it is :) so I give them 5 stars ! I'm still not in favor of child support policies which need reformed ! But the local agency can't be blamed for the flaws . Everything favors the mother and suspected or proven father's have few rights and have to spend money time and much effort to enforce any rights he has . This place is a joke! I have tried to have my child support case switched from Marshall County for over 2 yrs Marshall County even sent copies of my child support case (which was astablished in Belmont county)and they have yet to call me back or switch the case. Also here recently I have called several times for my mother in law who is in desperate need of help, they have been closed because of Covid but I have left messages on her behalf (over 12 times total) but they haven't called either her nor I back!! Horrible especially when people actually need help. I thought thats what they were designed and there for. I must be mistaken since obviously they get paid to ignore those...
