Subway food is always good. However, this location has a not-so-nice person working there. The man who made the sandwiches was polite and a fast worker. The lady who added the toppings was crabby. She threw the peppers on my sandwich when I asked for more. She seemed more concerned about giggling with the 3 or 4 high school kids who were behind the counter with her, grabbing cookies while they were talking. I am surprised such unprofessional, unsanitary behavior is allowed. I asked for a free cookie since I ordered double meat. We get that at a different Subway. She stared at me and said, "No." I asked for a senior discount. She stared at me and said, "No." I asked for a bigger bag for my sandwiches and she practically threw the same size bag at me. Read moreStopped in here to get lunch after getting off work. I needed to use the restroom, so I was going to do that first, so I didn't have to take my food into the restroom with me. I asked the employee if I needed a key for the restroom as it was locked and had a sign on it stating it was for customers and employees only. As if I can't read, she told me the restrooms for customers only but there's another bathroom next door in the gas station. I told her I was getting lunch but wanted to use the restroom first. Read moreThis was a gas station Subway off Exit 213 on I70 East about 2 hrs outside of Columbus and it was a little run down but the staff was friendly and the service was nice and quick. The sandwiches were made well. I haven't been to a Subway in awhile but it wasn't bad as Subway places go. It's definitely due for an update though.
