Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

Subway food is always good. However, this location has a not-so-nice person working there. The man who made the sandwiches was polite and a fast worker. The lady who added the toppings was crabby. She threw the peppers on my sandwich when I asked for more. She seemed more concerned about giggling with the 3 or 4 high school kids who were behind the counter with her, grabbing cookies while they were talking. I am surprised such unprofessional, unsanitary behavior is allowed. I asked for a free cookie since I ordered double meat. We get that at a different Subway. She stared at me and said, "No." I asked for a senior discount. She stared at me and said, "No." I asked for a bigger bag for my sandwiches and she practically threw the same size bag at me. Also, not one napkin was in the bag. I'll never stop at that...

Stopped in here to get lunch after getting off work. I needed to use the restroom, so I was going to do that first, so I didn't have to take my food into the restroom with me. I asked the employee if I needed a key for the restroom as it was locked and had a sign on it stating it was for customers and employees only. As if I can't read, she told me the restrooms for customers only but there's another bathroom next door in the gas station. I told her I was getting lunch but wanted to use the restroom first. She just stood there, didn't even look at me or respond to me. I went to the bathroom next door but will now be going somewhere else for lunch now. Bad service = no...

This was a gas station Subway off Exit 213 on I70 East about 2 hrs outside of Columbus and it was a little run down but the staff was friendly and the service was nice and quick. The sandwiches were made well. I haven't been to a Subway in awhile but it wasn't bad as Subway places go. It's definitely due for an update though. The spicy Italian sub was good and certainly hit the spot. I was famished though so my judgment could have been slightly off since I could have eaten just...
