Open Box Buys — Local services in St. Francis

I absolutely love this store and location. I started at the anoka and then started coming here because of the friendly staff and the wide variety of products. I will continue going to this store, however, as of late the experience has turned less enjoyable. Two of my favorite employees now are no longer working there and instead they got a new employee who made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I shopped. I have four young children and I tend to let them go throughout the store as I look so long as they’re respectful. However, this employee kept following us through out the store as though we were stealing. It made me extremely uncomfortable as I have been a customer there now for years. She also rang us up to which there was no pleasantries, no how was everything, just a total and she handed my bags. Idk she just seemed extremely unfriendly. She also was working on a shoe rack to which she had a cart in the way of the aisle, as I went to look, she didn’t move anything to make it easier, and instead kinda came off as I was being insulting as I looked while she was stocking. This place doesn’t respect anything. If you ever need a recording of manager or owner guaranteeing they always choose each other over customers just let me know. Please review other negative reviews like this store is commenting on to make an excuse for there behavior, also review previous reviews where they used the same excuse for others regarding the staff and they’re complete negative and bad behavior, they gas light and instead of apologizing they bring up your “past” reviews. Which again, please review mine and view the review the ones before mine. Do not let this store gas light about your past reviews. Everyone will leave a review. Just like the manager or employees must of always left a review good or bad. Past reviews that don’t involve your business is not an excuse for how you run yours. And I just really made it clear. By far our favorite store. It's good and bad that we live so close because we are there a few times per week. The staff knows us and they are all awesome. I would advise that you allow yourself over an hour if you havent been there before. All of our family and friends ask if we are going to OBB when they stop by! Don't shy away from the brown boxes. After all, that's what we get from Amazon and we don't seem to have a problem with damaged boxes. We have returned maybe two things that didn't work right, but it was within the 30 day window and there was no issue. You will find things from Target, Home Depot, Sam's Club and sometimes Amazon. Most things are 40% off and more. If you think the price is an error, just ask and they are more than willing to verify. You down...
