I experienced the worst customer service when dealing with the owner Kenzie. I ordered a "Bogg Bag" from her the beginning of June, on her post it said it would be in, in 2.5 weeks. Here I sat now at the end of July and beginning of August with no bag and no message from Kenzie as to why there was possibly a delay or something. I asked a friend to grab my bag, when she got her. Kenzie told her on July 5th it was not in yet and she would send a message when it was. When I finally decided to contact Kenzie regarding the whereabouts of my bag, I did not get a response for 3 days. I contacted her via Facebook messenger in her personal account, via her business email(twice), and contacted the Boutiques's text only phone number. I did not hear back from Kenzie until I showed that I had turned her into the Better Business Bureau. That's when she informed me I "threatened her and her business, when I simply stated a fact that i was going to turn her in as well as file a dispute for my money. She then stated my bag had been there since the end of June...SO WHAT WAS IT KINZIE?!, because on July 5th, it was said out of your mouth it wasn't in yet. She then also explained I was messaged about my bag being in. WRONG! I have proof that there was NO message sent regarding my bag being in. Kenzie then went on to state she would no give me my bag, so with holding product that was paid for 2 months in advance. This is the saddest excuse for a business owner. After sharing my experience with others, people have been coming out of the wood work about her poor customer service and how rude Kenzie is when she's called out or something went wrong on her end. The customer is always right I thought? 10/10 would not recommend shopping this boutique. Do...
