China King — Restaurant in St. Joseph

I ordered over the phone a quart of hot and spicy soup. Once I picked up the food and returned home, I noticed that they gave me beef and rice instead of my soup. I drove back and asked if I could get my soup instead, just swap it out. They were about to charge me for it, and proceeded to argue with me that I ordered hot and spicy shrimp. Well, if that were the case it would still be wrong since they gave me beef! Told her never mind, just give me the refund for the beef I didn’t even order. They were not even going to do that. I had to stand there and stare at them, and threaten to call the cops until they gave me my money back. Still craving...

Horrible customer service and rude staff. They wasted my time but not telling when I called that they would not make my entire with the sauce on the side (which is common practice for Chinese restaurants) and instead waited till arrived expecting my food to be done only to be told that they would not make it the way I wanted. Needless to say this establishment has less than stellar food anyway but they've definitely...

Got on here to see if anyone else who had eaten here yesterday has been sick? Pretty sure I got food poisoning, and others picking up had also gotten general tso chicken. It's sad cause I love this place and her crab rangoon is award winning...but man I've been sick and stomach...
