ARCADES MARKET — Local services in St. Louis

I am very pleased with my Galaga arcade game (60+ games). Working with Jose from Arcade Market, I found him to be efficient and professional. This place seems to be the real deal. They also seem to have the lowest prices. The only complaint I really have is I was told that the delivery driver will bring the machine into my house and set it up. That is the complete opposite of what happened. The delivery driver pulled the arcade machine out of the truck and sat it in the street and then just stood there not saying anything. I looked at him and said "you're not going to put it inside the house?". He said that he wasn't allowed to do that. I understand that but just wish I would have been told accurate information. All is well! It's in my house and with a few exceptions-- all games are functioning properly. It seems that the joystick with the machine isn't very compatible with the Breakout game. Would I buy this machine again? ...

I have bought two games from Jose over the years. After about 8 years ...on one of the machines the monitor went out it was absolutely no problem.... I just called Jose up and he told me what monitor to purchase he gave me the cell number to his arcade machine Tec ... Chris told me how to uninstall the old monitor and how to install the new monitor. Obviously the money I saved by not having to have a tech come to my house was a bunch of money. Jose told me when I bought my first game from them that they would always be there to help me if I needed it.... I highly recommend arcades market of St Louis Missouri. Addition.....

I had a test switch go out on one of the machines 9/2025 called Jose, I talked to Chris....He and I trouble shot the switch over the phone....Jose sent me a switch I installed it, boom game is test switch...

I wanted to buy my husband a Donkey Kong arcade for his 45th birthday. Jose had the unit I wanted at an amazing price (and was able to load additional games for us so that my kids could also play Pac Man, Galaga, etc.). It arrived in perfect condition (from St. Louis to Southern California!), and we were really impressed with the level of restoration and care that went into the unit. It looks brand new! It was easy to plug in and initialize - my husband and children have been playing it non-stop since we opened it Friday night!

We are so grateful to Jose for a wonderful customer experience, from the moment I called with questions until we plugged in and turned on the game. I am happy to recommend Arcades Market to others, and will certainly order our next...
