I'm from California so I know a lot about Hollywood. My daughter and I visited Saint Louis for a family member's funeral who we lost to cancer. We had heard that they had a big selection of wigs so my daughter and went there. There was a woman working in the back of the store with the wigs she was wearing a head covering and she showed my daughter and I a beautiful human hair wig that was on display. The price of the wig was $400 so my daughter and I purchased 2 of them we spent close to $900 in this place. They wouldn't give us the physical wigs because of the price of them so they just told us to go to the front of the store and our wigs would be waiting for us. The owner/manager showed me 2 wigs as he put them in the bag but I noticed that he was engaging me in conversation so I really didn't get to get a good look at what he actually put in the bag but I trusted that he would do the right thing and not try to cheat me in any way. The following day my daughter and I found a beauty salon in Saint Louis to have the wigs installed imagine our horror and disappointment when we realized that there was a bait and switch. The 2 wigs in the bag were very cheap synthetic hair wigs horrible quality. What they did was show us a very nice quality wig in the back of the store and then sold us a very cheap and synthetic wig Is in the packaging at the front of the store. I was so disappointed and horrified that a business would treat people this way considering that we let them know we were there for a funeral we had a very loved by the city of Saint Louis who is person passed away of cancer. And instead of showing empathy this Hollywood beauty supply used this time to take advantage of us while we were grieving cheating me out of almost $900 the wigs were horrible not even worth $50 a piece. I was so devastated by this it was hard for me To write this review without crying. Beware of any wig that you buy from this location and make sure that the wig that they show you in the back on display is the same wig that goes into your bag. I'm quite sure that I'm not...

About your different Body Butter!!! What have you done!?! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE ! ! ! This is not the same body cream... You have changed it...You have left something OUT !! No let me REPHRASE that you have changed it so much you should give the product a NEW NAME. I MEAN IT!! It does not have that HEAVENLY scent any more. You left out-the sweet almond oil, the Rosemary Extract, the Jojoba oil, the Vitamin E, I do not feel the mineral oil, olive oil, lemon peel extract. It does not warm up when up when you rub it between your hands. It does not work into my skin like it use to. It just cakes on like CLOWN MAKEUP. WHY! O! WHY! ! And I miss that heavenly sense.
