I had the pleasure of working with Kim to buy a gift for my sister. She helped me find the perfect gift. I paid for it over the phone and was so excited to finalize the purchase. Kim called me 15 minutes later to say the lock on the chain was broken and she couldn't sell it to me in good conscience. I'm in Florida, it was a phone order, I would have never known the difference until it was too late. Besides the excellent customer service, her honesty was very much appreciated.
