Andis Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Stafford Township

This is not a food related review but related to character. Tuesday, July 23 th, 2024 around 2:25 p.,my car was rear ended by a 17 year old driver and it was pushed into the vehicle in front of me while parked at the traffic light on Rt. 9, just in front of this Restaurant / Shopping Area. After being instructed by Police to pull into the parking lot to clear the road, all three cars did so and the accident investigation took place. Afterward, all parties left and I was left there with my operable but badly damaged vehicle which will likely be considered totaled. While I was on the phone with my insurance company, a woman walked out across the parking lot with a ice cold bottle of water for me. And expressing sympathy. This gesture, at that particular time was greatly appreciated!

If they provide that level of concern for their customers as they did me in that moment, then I would recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business!

I ordered food last night - it arrived extremely late. The woman who delivered made it a point to venture off to where ever she had to go on her way home ( they were closing ) and made my house her last stop. This made the food extremely cold. None of us ate the food. I contacted them immediately and no one picked up - so I contacted Slice the app they’re on who I ordered off of and complained. They reached out today ( next day ) and only gave a $5 refund! My total was $40 for cold, stiff food. They charge $3 for delivery, on top of their $5 tip. If I’m tipping someone $8 who lives very close to me ( it’s mainly all family working there! They keep these delivery fees on top of tips! ) I’d expect my order to be delivered first before they do their wawa stops. Completely unprofessional. Even offered to give...

First time delivery last night. Food so bad we stopped after a few bites. Chicken fettucine alfredo came like soup w mushy breaded chicken. Meatballs tasted burnt. Felt bad since woman on phone so nice, so called today before leaving bad review to let them fix it. Woman said she puts extra alfredo since noodles soak it up so of course chicken will be soggy. I explained no other restaurants came soggy. She said since 2 meals were bad maybe we just don't like her food. Then cannot give refund since I threw it away. Next time bring the food back to the restaurant and she will refund. I said I would take it out of the garbage and bring it for refund but she said since 24 hours she cannot check the food.
