Dakota was extremely helpful and awesome! He got my monthly plan reduced by almost $50, with also an upgrade on a brand new phone, and the proper insurance on our phones to cover damages. When I walked in there I was ready to pay off my broken phone and switch to a different company due to the cost of my plan and my broken screen that was not going to be able to be replaced due to the wrong insurance on my plan that I had been paying on for 2 years! He got literally everything switched over to my new phone with all new accessories at half off! They even had crayons and coloring books and paper to keep my 6 yr old occupied as it did take a couple hours to make the switch. Best part of all, I ended up having to work the day prior when I originally supposed to do this and Dakota came in the next day, on his off day to help me do all this! Everyone in there seems to know a lot and they are all so helpful to everyone that walks...

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have. The sales man that established my account was a complete liar!!!! Free phones nope paying for them monthly. He talked me into home internet which isn’t available in our area so he set the address to somewhere in pinnconning come to find out. Since it didn’t work at my house I’ve been fighting with Verizon about a return label for 3 months. I have multiple letters stating they would send it and never did. Then I get a bill 3 times the amount for not returning it on time. Go to the store that got me in this mess and was no help what so ever.
