Taco Bell — Restaurant in Standish

This place is a joke. Went in to place a to go order and they called my name with everything on a tray as a dine in and walked away so I stood there for sometime waiting for someone to come back. As I'm waiting I see that my order is all kinds of messed up. Things on the tray I didnt order, then missing things I did order. So I brought it to thier attention what needed to be fixed and that it's to go, the girl slammed the tray down rolled her eyes and walked away like it's my fault they arnt paying attention to what they are putting out. She comes back and slams down two of my missing things but they had the lettuce and tomatoes on it which I had reminded them twice to leave those off so I waited another 5 minutes she comes back I say this is supposed to be no lettuce no tomato like I said, she snatches it out of hand, and walks away saying nothing, come back and THROWS the taco on the counter. Still has lettuce on it so I wait another 5 minutes or so and a different girl comes over and yells "what is it you want?!?!", so I say what do you mean? , I've said many times all I need is a taco supreme no lettuce no tomato. She walks away and I turn around to look at the line of people waiting behind me because all of thier orders were wrong as well when I turn back to look at the counter she had already thrown the taco on the counter but never said a thing. Not sorry, not have a good day, nothing. I ask the cashier for the general managers name and she said her name is kathy and that is who you just spoke too. I knew I wouldnt get anywhere with the manager who just treated me and so many others like trash so I asked for the corporate number and they said we dont know it. Google it. I'll never be back here. Ever. Kathy needs to lose her job, not sure how she got her position in the first place but best believe Monday morning all her higher up managers and corporate will be hearing from me! Went here on Sunday 8/20 around 7pm. The place was dirty.

Tables needed to be cleaned, and there was a spilled drink on the floor. Instead of one of the employees actually cleaning up the mess, they decided to put up a yellow plastic sign that said wet floor.

I guess they where too busy to really care.

I also ordered my food, waited 20 minutes after paying and never got served. Yet must have seen them serve everyone else in the store and probably 20 drive through customers.

Got fed up waiting, asked for my money back and they couldn't even get that right. Ended up getting shorted $2. The manager was going to give me a full refund, but she was so incompetent in doing her job, I actually left before she was able to give me the rest of not money back because I was tired of waiting.

How long does it take to make 2 tacos?

It's not like anyone is going to read this review and avoid going to Taco Bell because they do serve good food when they get it right.

They just need to get better staff that can do things right.

BTW the guy before me got shorted a penny on his order. The person who took his order must have apologized 5 times, yet nobody cared about my $2 or the 20 minutes I waited NOT to be served.

We've always stopped in Standish as a eat, bathroom and fill up spot. We went yesterday 8-7-16 on our way home and the food was fantastic, it was clearly fresh, hot and put together nicely, not all thrown together. My quesadilla was perfect, some TBell's don't cut it correctly or are in such a rush only the top part of the quesadilla is cut and the sauce is squirting out everywhere, I usually find a tomato or lettuce piece in them, however this Taco Bell made great food. Quick service, the counter employee was accurate in inputting the info and then even repeated the order to ensure its accuracy. I was listening to the employees talk as I waited and as I ate and despite being busy there wasn't any tension or bickering like you see at some places during "dinner rush", they got the job done fast, accurately and were friendly, clearly worked as a great team.
