Main Street Lanes — Local services in Standish

First and foremost I don't usually do this because it does hurt businesses but in this case I will share my Experiance with you a group of us came here for my son's birthday we got there when it first opened but there was one bartender and one young kid working the lanes which hey it happens so now I'll explain my problem is the lanes constantly went down the computer froze half the time so I couldn't write the kids name I go to order pizza and the lady being just her behind the bar was understanding overwhelmed felt very cold welcoming not to mention when we orders our pizza she said she will put them 8n she just got done making two I said no problem and hour 30 mins later our pizza arivied burntthere we're other little things but as far as I'm concerned it was the worst bowling alley I've...

While the atmosphere is nice, the staff is pretty misinformed and confused about pricing. Called ahead to ask for prices and to make sure it was open bowling. When we arrived with a group of people, we tried to pay before hand and were told “you can just pay when you’re done”. Went to pay and the price was different than what we were told when we called. The employee said “well that’s only if you ask to pay before”. Well you see, I did. So instead of arguing we just paid but we will definitely not be returning. I contacted the bowling alley earlier today about 430 and ask if they had open bowling .person indicated were open till 8 o’clock and their special ended at five . I said can I make a reservation as we will be in later this evening then , Stated no need there should be some lanes open , as we were pulling into the driveway a person was locking the doors it was about quarter after six I couldn’t get out of vehicle fast enough to get his attention ..I contacted bowling alley right away .Ask if there a possibility that we could bowl?
