Service Department. Brought my lawn mower to them about two months ago to get a two week job done is the time frame they gave me! Just got it back today, costed $280. They ordered a filter cover from John deer which took a month. Find out that they didn't send the bolts for it when .I picked it up they said you will have to call and order them but your still gonna pay for them here. I love this place!!!! The staff are amazing and super helpful! I have had 3 deliveries from them and every time they are so respectful of my items and property! I did (and still do a lot of Amazon shopping) but now I check Ace first to see if they have it locally where I can pick it up or have them bring it out to me.
