From the moment I booked, Chris and Mindy were amazing—so kind, helpful, and quick to respond anytime I had a question. They showed up right on time and even helped us move a cable to make space. That little extra effort meant so much! The bounce house was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and HUGE—everyone was shocked by the size! It totally made the party. Isaiah had the time of his life—he bounced, laughed, and played until he was completely worn out! Seeing that kind of joy on his face was everything. Chris and Mindy made the whole process so easy and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their customers and love what they do. We felt so well taken care of from beginning to end. If you're planning a party and want something that brings fun, smiles, and amazing service—don’t even think twice! We’re so thankful and will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend if looking to rent an inflatable!! Great to work with! Answered any and all questions promptly and were in touch with me on every detail. Showed up when supposed too and did a great job with set up and tear down! We rented the south beach double slide and it was sssooo much fun!! The kids and adults loved it!! It is a fun one!! Overall great experience! Will definitely rent from Steeleville...
