I was a customer of Terrins Office for approx, 6 or 7 yrs. I had "full coverage" on my 2012 Cruze. A few years after I had the Cruze covered, my son wrecked my car...when I called about a rental car they told me I did not have rental coverage on my car! Most people assume that rental is a part of "full coverage" but not with this company, if you don't specifically ask for it you do not get it!! It was only 2 or 3 $ to add on, but it saved State Farm $50 a day by not mentioning it when my car was wrecked....sad but true. Fast forward a few years. My son trades cars, the old one had liability only, the 2019 Accent we put on was put on full coverage, and I requested $100 deductible on Comprehensive, towing, and of course rental. We recently had to replace the window in the Accent, and paid the $100 deductible, never even imagining they would do the same thing with the Comprehensive, but low and behold they sure did...but somehow they managed to get towing and rental on the policy! They did not return my phone call for days. And in the end they were too cheap to make this right. ANYONE GETTING ANY KIND OF COVERAGE WITH THIS OFFICE, DONT PUT YOUR TRUST IN THEM LIKE I DID, GO OVER EVERY SINGLE LETTER WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB, BECAUSE IF IT COMES DOWN TO SAVING THE CONSUMER OR THE OFFICE SOME MONEY, I GUARANTEE IT IS GOING TO BE THE OFFICE. AND IN THE BEGINNING THEY WILL CALL EVERY 6 MONTHS TO GO OVER YOUR POLICY WITH YOU, BUT LATER THAT STOPS! THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH NEWER CUSTOMERS. I ASKED 37 PEOPLE IF THEY READ OVER EACH PAPER THEY RECEIVED EVER 6 MONTHS, OR DID THEY JUST TEAR OFF THE INSURANCE CARDS, ALL BUT 1 SAID THEY NEVER READ ANYTHING, AND THE 1 SAID SHE WAS IN THE INSURANCE "GAME" AND NEW HOW THEY WORKED. SO TRUST ME...DONT TRUST YOUR INSURANCE AGENT TO HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART! So discouraged with State...

I ended up getting the same auto coverage for half as much and the same home coverage for almost $500 less per year. Due to a severe storm which caused hail damage, my roof and gutters needed to be replaced. A truly quick and painless process. They took care of my claim right away and checked in with me many times through the whole process to make sure everything was going OK and to see if I had questions or needed help. My premiums are automatically charged to my credit card, but recently that account was compromised and I had to have a new card issued at the same time my auto payments were being made - resulting in a mess. The team worked quickly to correct the policy issues, update my payment information, and even checked in the following month to ensure there were no lingering issues with the switch.
