Visual appeal which sets the shopping experience was non existent. As a frequent Dollar Tree shopper it saddens me to give any Dollar Tree a one star rating.

During a recent visit I attempted to make a exchange of Dollar Tree items, and was told by an associate that the manager did not allow exchanges from other Dollar Tree locations. As I stated I “frequent” Dollar Trees and have never been denied an exchange with my receipt, and meeting the other requirements of an exchange.
