I hate to be the one to do this, but before I start with the negative, I want to put out the good & YES I GOT MY NAILS DONE HERE. Well, these are my nails now after 3 weeks!! They look amazing, right?! Christine is that one. She has been doing my nails faithfully every 3 weeks. I moved from Ohio & really needed to find a new home & this was the one. Christine is very polite. Not a bone of frustration. She will do anything you present to her. So please, please, you’re looking for someone fire, please find her 💕. Overall, just about everyone is polite in there. Very welcoming. Give it a shot; however, my last visit wasn’t the most pleasant. I must say, I caused a few inconveniences with the owner (Alex) & apologized to him & he shouted in front of everyone that I’m causing him inconveniences & that he doesn’t have the time, as I was checking out with Christine. Here I am being Understanding & just said, “okay. Maybe he’s having a bad day because this isn’t like him.” I broke a nail & went back about 3-4 days later & the salon fixed it with no charge, which was wonderful, but as I went in, I spoke to Alex & was given the most smug-dismissive demeanor & looked up from his work & immediately looked back down & honestly, you can have the most A1, top-notch work in the world, but customer service is EVERYTHING. Before writing this review, I asked Alex did I need to take my money elsewhere, again trying to make it right, I was told I was being disrespectful & that I’m always welcomed to come back but more than likely, he won’t speak!! Immediately confused. I found a new home IMMEDIATELY because an owner is supposed to speak. Period. Doesn’t have to be jolly, but hey, acknowledge because I am spending money in your establishment & I tipped pretty dang good. I’ve been a manager for years & have owned my own business, so I understand, so it was owner to ex-owner trying to see eye to eye. I had to go. Again, give it a shot. UPDATED VISIT Had an appointment with Alex, he was awesome. He was running a little behind but he sent me a text and let me know. I was greeted by name when I got to the salon and was able to soak off my old dip. As soon as Alex was done he took me to his station and got started. He paid attention to detail and took my unevenly shaped nails to evenly shaped across all 10 nails. I’m glad I gave them another chance, this place is truly great.

Came here last night to get dip powder with one of my friends. Made an appointment about 2 weeks before after reading awesome reviews online. When we went in, we were greeted by name which was awesome, but I had specifically booked 2 nail artists due to their good reviews and was asked to have my nails done by someone else. I understand that schedules change, so it is okay that someone else took care of me but not great when you schedule two weeks out. The woman who did my nails did a good job. I asked for square nails and rounded corners, and initially they were more just rounded. She fixed them up when I pointed out but it did shorten the nails. I frequently get dip powder done so I know I do not like when they do gel top coat because it comes off with frequent hand washing. As a medical professional that scrubs into multiple surgeries a day, this gel top coat comes off. I specifically asked them to use the regular SNS top coat, but another woman in the salon swore that their gel top coat does not peel because of the technique they put it on. Less than 24 hours later, the top coat is already peeling from my nail and right as I am leaving for my vacation. Not too happy about that, especially because I pointed it out before they put the top coat on.

Also tried to use a Yelp deal that they had, but was told I could not use it because it was from February. There is no date on the Yelp deal, so it was a little interesting that they could not at least honor it because it was...

Horrible service I don’t know if they are racist because I am Hispanic or what but the last few times I called to make an appointment when I went in they sent me to different people that I didn’t make appointments with I don’t know if they pick d choose who they want to do nails on or what they sent me to people who didn’t know how to do nails the first time I called and made an appointment with Alex when I went in he sent me to someone else mind you he wasn’t even busy or doing anything I guess he just didn’t feel like doing my nails that day and you could tell the person he sent me to was unexperienced it was so unprofessional that one of the customers that were there came up to me while getting my feet done and whispered in my ear to go to Christina so I made an appointment with Christina and when I went in they had me go with van and said that they didn’t know I wanted Christina when I know that I said her name over the phone and he repeated it back to me confirming the time and date and who I was getting my nails done with then I’m sitting in the chair for 4 hours because van doesn’t know how to do ANY of the designs that I am showing him I gave me 4 different options and nun of them where coming out good then for them to change me 100$ for pedicure and plane nails with no design but a simple rhinestone on each finger and the work looked sloppy there was still nail polish from the other failed attempts on my nails when I got home and my hands were all cut up and the Application of the acrylic was bumpy didn’t even care to clean it up I’m upset and unsatisfied they have lost me As a...
