I had a family member come here for their IonCleanse Footbath service. I’m surprised because I see nothing but good reviews, that is why I’m confused on why this happened. While my family member was being serviced she found black specs in her foot bath and was concerned if the bath was cleaned properly. She took the specs and put it on a paper towel and went up to ask the employees about it. The female employee then proceeded to act disgusted and said that she can’t do that. After that the member of my family felt disrespected as a paying customer and humiliated and immediately apologized. After that the owner acted like the female employee. I’m making this review so this establishment can see it and make rules/procedures about the foot bath service so there isn’t any miscommunication with the customer especially after they treat their customers like this without having guidelines about it. The part that I find unethical about this is other members of my family come here and the next day the employee confronted them about my other family member rather than talking with the one that supposedly wasn’t supposed to do that. When you have a problem with a customer you go to them not their family. Especially when they are 40 years old. I guess this heath store with nice employees isn’t what it seams. LOVE this store so much, I’m so thankful we have this store in our area for people who want more holistic products they can trust and will benefit our health. The whole entire staff is Amazing. I am so thankful for them and all the knowledge they have shared with me. I come in here a few times a month. The stamp card is awesome so when we fill it we get a nice discount on our products. Mondays and Tuesdays are great days to come in also as they have some sales those days also. They have been so helpful when I make a phone call to ask about more info on a product and Paul has always printed me out a lot of helpful info on products or things I didn’t know much about. He truly cares about his customers and is one of the kindest people I’ve met. Along with the rest of the staff, Paul’s wonderful wife, Jenny &Dana, I hope I’m not missing anyone. First time here. Looked around as the woman was helping someone else. Found one supplement, looked for others & I was helped by the woman for the 2 other items. Store is clean, well-organized & I called ahead of time to discuss products with the owner. His daughter was there the day I visited & she's a Nutritional MD! Very knowledgeable and friendly! She was extremely patient with an elderly woman trying to decide on a protein powder. I explained to this lady how bone broth is made and that she could make it herself at home. I was in & out within half an hour. Glad to find things I haven't been able to get at pharmacy or Walmart & the quality is far superior to those brands!
