Do not waste your time trying to support this business. We checked on the availability of the item we were interested in before making the 2 hr drive to the store. They had 4 in stock and gave us the price of said item. When we arrived they still had 4 in stock, however that is when we were informed that there was no way for the girls that were working to get the items off the pallet rack in the back. The manager was the only one that could get them down, which they called and she would not come in to do so. Their fix to this was that we could pay for it that day and come pick it up another day. After speaking to the manager via Facebook, she blamed the employees for the situation which I didn't feel was the case. The young ladies that were working did what they could to help us but they couldn't do much with the poor management of the business. As someone who runs a small business, I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I would hate for others to have to deal with what we did. This is a very poorly run business that not only doesn't communicate well but they also do not have the employees needed to operate this business properly.

They have many hoops they expect their customers to jump through but don't like to tell you until you have arrived. Bring enough people to move and load all items you purchase. call ahead and let them know you are coming. call ahead to make sure that you will be able to take items home with you once purchased. Don't just think that because they are open that they are...

The lady working on Saturday March 9,2024 was absolutely rude to me when I asked if I could take a couple pictures for a family. We were not visiting the store to purchase anything at this time but I can assure you because of the way she spoke to me I will never be back to buy anything from this business... I asked if there was a manager or owner I could call to ask for permission and she told me no in a very rude tone. Taking someone’s family photos in the store against a brick wall would not have affected the store...

I’m convinced they are not interested in moving inventory- I wanted to buy some opened boxes of tile on Feb 14th and have inquired 6 times about it since then. It’s March 2nd and I still haven’t heard. Not sure how long a place like this can survive if it takes over 2 weeks to find a price.

Be careful buying products from here unseen - many vanity tops and tubs are broken...
