Post office — Local services in Sterling

Some staff was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I was dropping off an prepaid package at this location, the lady said although my package was not over the prepaid label limit (“less than 5 pounds, and the limit is 8 pounds or so), my box is “too large”. She couldn’t help me find a smaller size box, instead, she indicated me to buy a new box. I usually go to another post office and which I never had this kind of situation. They seem to move people through quicker these days, and people are great about social distancing. Easier to park these days too. Only issue is that the computer gives options for 3 day service on packages, but the counter staff tell you it will be 5-7 days because everything is slow these days. I appreciate the honesty but am frustrated that it takes longer when it seems I'm paying more for packages. Still a much better price than FedEx who doesn't guarantee delivery...

Really like this Post Office. Located in Andrea near the old AOL campus and easily accessible from several routes as well. The staff is so friendly, professional and always helpful.
