I ordered some paintings online and both their website and order email said products are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. I never recieved a shipping confirmation email from them and after a month I called them for an update. The lady (Karen) who answered the phone didn't really apologize for the delay and brought up staffing issues as an excuse. She said she would contact me after she checked in on the order. No one called me back so I followed up and they still didn't look into it. This is almost a month and a half after I placed my order. No future credit, no discount or anything offered for their significant delay. The only thing offered was more excuses and an expectation for me to understand.    Read moreI love this company, but the time it takes to get orders lately is crazy. This is my 3rd issue with the company. I ordered on October 27 and it is December 10th and nothing. What is going on? I would be happy if someone just said: “Hey, we are busy, expect 2 months for shipment.” That would be fine! At least I know ahead of time. I love their stuff here but it’s impossible now to get things in a reasonable amount of time. My suggestion is just to communicate better since your products are amazing.    Read moreI was very disappointed with both the quality of the item I received (damaged,) and the service I recieved to correct the issue. Return process is cumbersome - the website directs you to email or call, when you email (twice) they tell you to call, then they rarely answer their phone when you call, and they return phone calls from a different number which slows down the whole process. Once I finally got ahold of someone, I was given a reference number and address, which clearly could have been send via email or left in a message, and I have to pay for shipping to return a faulty item.
