❗️AVOID❗️ Visiting from out of town and wife got sick. Went here and got tested and told she’d get a call in 2 hours with results if positive. 18 hours later finally got a phone call that she had strep. Prescription called in that she can’t have. Called back to get it changed and was told by the doctor that he wouldn’t give her anything else. Finally got a different prescription but still waiting to see if they’ll ever call it in. This place/ provider is borderline negligent and quite frankly do not care. A complaint has been filed with upper management. Overall just avoid the waste of time and money.

Update: called back to check on prescription. Told by the same doctor who said he would send the new prescription in that now he just doesn’t have time and wouldn’t be doing anything. Refused to listen or care about prior medical history or facts in regard to patient care. A formal complaint has been filed and sent to the medical director. My wife went there already knowing what she had to get some antibiotics. Her condition was very much not threatening and she didn't have any concerning symptoms. However we were charged almost $400 with a bunch of ridiculous charges listed for basically taking a simple culture (that we didn't even ask them to do) and because the nurse classified it as an emergency room visit instead of urgent care. I hit my forehead about two months ago and went here for a qucik treatment. It took way long than I expected. Finally, I got a scan, and two stitches on my forehead in around two hours.
