Today’s experience at the store wasn’t so great and to top it off I was charged extra not once but twice for an item and as I go to speak to someone security gives me a problem as if I am wrong about being over charged and to top it off again I did not get my full refund the item was $7.99 I was only refunded $7.86 and they only put down that the item that it was $7.35 after looking at my receipt and seeing that it was $7.99 this is not the first time I was over charged for an items but many times and it seems like when I try to go correct there so called mistake the staff r fine but the managers and security seems to have a problem with giving a refund on overcharged items I’ve been shopping at this place so long I was one of the first customers who came out when they first opened I’ve spent $100s coming here but this will be my last day coming to this store ever if you don’t have the respect to give a full refund on a item u see on the receipt it just lets me know that I was being over charged everytime on purpose and they did not wanna correct it for over charging for everyone who shops here check ur receipt before you leave and make sure you get a full refund of the item you brought I was so upset I just left in just took the amount I loved this store so much but sad to say not anymore I will tell everyone I referred of this problem I keep having If I get overcharged for items I know some others are to!!! Read moreA family member told me about this place. I’ve been several times over the last few months and the staff is always friendly. However, as a bargain shopper, I do not find most of their prices very cheap as you would expect from a place with this title. Also, I love the rewards program idea, I actually have a card on my keychain but the rewards should be much more % off and savings for frequent customers who spent a lot. I suggest that consumers make sure they check the expiration dates on ALL food! (i.e. like that Ken’s salad dressing they were advertising all the time👀) I do not suggest buying multiples of the sale items unless you are able to consume them or give them away within the expiration period. You can eat expired food, but the manufacturer may not warrant their products should you get sick. And, while you think you’re saving, you may end up having to throw it away when it’s actually time to use it because it’s no good. I do not recommend the canned tuna fish in the can(extremely watery) or the seasonings (seems too old)... I do buy some of the snacks and ground coffee. But some things you just need to buy first-hand from a store or broker with a fair return policy. Btw, if you’re going to offer free coffee to your customers, make sure you are in a position to keep it fresh and hot for us! Read moreI've shopped at this place since the time it opened and even shopped at the previous location/company. As with any company, customer service is essential to the viability of the business. I've never had an issue and routinely visit, however, during a recent visit, the bathroom was out of order. When I approached two employees to use the restroom in the back, they informed me there was no employee bathroom. Even after letting them know the situation was urgent, they were rude and unconcerned. Knowing my situation, they proceeded in allowing another customer with a purchase situation move ahead of me in line. After seeking out the assistance of a third employee, I was allowed to use the employee restroom as has been the action in the past with previous employees. As I entered the restroom, one of the former two employees, had the audacity to state she didn't think the restroom worked but when I entered, not only did it but it was clean and operable. As I departed the business, there was no apology from the two employees who denied me access and then lied to cover their apathy for the frustration they caused. My concern is that there are lots of older customers who visit the business and customer service is not about forcing customers to either leave the business to seek out something so basic as using the restroom.
