I had a bad experience with the new management. I put my storage unit payment in their door slot but she lost it when she cleaned out the box. She called me a liar. She called me a thief. And she insulted my intelligence. I told her that, after she finds the payment that she lost, I expect to get an apology she looked at me with a disgusted glare, threw up her hand and said,"That's not happening!" Only used the showers and laundromat. Very clean facility and steaming hot showers!

UPDATE:. A year later. I dropped it from 5 star to 4 star because the shower and bathroom facilities aren't kept up like they used to be. Maybe a new caretaker? A few times I've gone and the showers need cleaned, floors need mopped, and no TP...
