Outstanding clinic!!! I was highly impressed!! Very friendly, professional, happy, courteous, and helpful staff! Very informative, and they make things very easy for you, and your pet. They’re very thorough on the phone when they call you to schedule your appointment. They make sure understand everything, and are very patient. They’re very caring, and organized. Their prices are amazing! They make it affordable for everyone to do the right thing for their pets. I have been here 3 times now. Two times for me, and one time for my Mom’s cats. Every time it has been a wonderful experience, and I know our pets are given the best care! After surgery procedures, they’re so kind, and let you know your pet did wonderful, and ask if you have any questions, they also let you know if you have any questions, or concerns not to hesitate to call them. They make sure they make themselves available for you, and show lots of concern. I highly recommend everyone go to this clinic! This is the only clinic I recommend to my Family, and Friends. Thank you ACT, for assuring me my pets are in good hands, and for being so amazing! You’re very much appreciated! Take your fur babies here, you...
Read moreACT Clinic for "Abandoned Cat Team", but they don't help you with that anymore! My developmentally disabled sister's husband died 3 days before the first covid patient and we had to move her from her three bedroom house into a little studio, which has no room for two 10 year old male neutered cats. So I called the ACT clinic and they referred me to "Cats of All Colors" on FB and I messaged them right away (7 mins later) and they took 5 days to get back to me and said:
"Hi Karen. I'm sorry to hear of your loss and the situation this has put your family in. We are a small, volunteer only rescue without a facility. At this time, all of our foster homes are over capacity. Due to covid and kitten season being longer this year than normal, we don't expect to have any room in the near future. I wish we could help but, it's just not possible at this time. Continue trying everyone you can find, someone that has a facility or is a larger rescue or sanctuary may be able to help you if you are able to wait a month or so. My heart goes out to you all. Good luck."
They were very nice about it but I still don't know what to do...
Read moreGreat experience. Just neutered a feral cat who showed up on our property a couple years ago. Scheduling an appointment was easy, they booked just over a month out. The drop off/pick up process was a little confusing, but manageable. When dropping off in the morning you essentially just leave the pet in your car while you check in and wait to be called. For pick up, when you arrive you will need to stay in your car, text them letting them know you are there and vehicle details and they bring your pet to you. They do loan out traps for $50(refunded on return) for feral cats, but even if you have been working with the cat awhile, if it’s not cool with everyone handling it/ if it’s still scared/ skiddish it will still need to be dropped off in a trap for ease- just be sure to bring a carrier of your own if you borrow their $50 trap so they can put the cat in it once done with surgery. Staff was nice and prices unbeatable. If not a pet, they will need the ear notched to show it was fixed for other people who fix strays- try to keep male kitties inside for at least 10-14 days after surgery to...
