Needs improvement, customer service from management. Occasionally I will drop by and pick up a few items from this store since the selection is decent(except produce is fair at best) and it's not usually crowded like Walmart. I also drop off sold eBay items at their customer service desk periodically. Since my label is already printed it is a drop off only no need for any receipt or service to take time away from customers waiting in line for MoneyGram and other services Etc. Today when I drop by the line for the customer service desk was 7 deep and I decided to get in line for the benefit optics for the other customers. After waiting in line in the same spot for over 8 minutes because the cashier was having an issue with a MoneyGram purchase from the current customer. There's a sign above the counter further down from the desk where it says "USPS drop off" and I thought that maybe somebody would come by take the package or I would be tasked I a queue when they had time... knowing they were busy. Some manager finally came to check out the service desk 10 minutes after that , maybe noticing that the line has doubled to almost the entrance. He grabbed the next person in line and didn't acknowledge me. I asked right before he opened the second register if I could drop this priority package off because I didn't need a receipt. He said I would have to get back in line. It would have taken a second to grab my padded envelope and through it in the box, and just some common sense...

Everything was fine until a week ago, that one of its associates has I had a bad attention for my person, I felt discriminating, because I do not speak English, and I felt rejected, and embarrassed. Since this lady shouts at me in front of all the clients that are in the area, and she denies me the courier service, on one occasion, I inform the correspondent manager in turn. With much sadness and disillusionment I put my case in your knowledge, I hope you pay attention and I am at your service for any clarification. for the moment I inform you that I will stop attending your store because it is not pleasant to be ridiculed and feeling less before your employee and other employees and clients. Read moreWe were enjoying the store alot until we got to the seafood counter and that was the main reason we had to go there we are haveing a seafood feast and we came to your store to buy our fresh seafood and we got to the counter and Nathan was the one helping us and he was very rude to us my daughter and I asked him a question and he said I was going to get to that very rude we looked at each other and didnt say a word cause we just wanted to get what we needed and be on our way as we were done nathan hurried away from the counter and was like rushing to get to a meat pallet that was on the floor I guess he was in a hurry to attend the meat so he was very rude to us cause I guess we were just trying to get our seafood but it was like we were taking his time up and we spent like over 50at the seafood counter or more so if we were inconvenience him well we will just take our business elsewhere if we are gonna get treated like that this was on Wednesday the 10th...
