I completely understand the mix reviews. While some of the employees or outstanding and really want to help and on the right day the store is stocked. However for my coupon people I’m of the opinion that DG don’t want us saving with the spend $25 save $5 with the other coupons on Saturday’s. Or just the store manger at this store name Tamisha. She filled my order and only filled 2 items out of 7 items all which showed on the app had more than 3 of those items in stocked.
When I went to pick up my online order (not the first time this has occurred) I wanted to add on to the order or cancel so my coupons would still be useable. She could not add on to the order once she had filled it. She said I could cancel on the App but when I asked her to show me she had to call someone relevant because she been here for years (her words). Then she mentioned the fact that if she had filed my order the tooth paste would have been $0.23. I’m confused why would that have came up. Do store managers get bonus? Do they take any profits from DG by getting customers to pay more?
Then when I finally decided to purchase the items all coupons didn’t apply (come off) she had already stated that she could not apply discounts at the register. Even though this is exactly what they were doing last weekend during the clearance sale. So once I viewed the receipt and didn’t see all my coupons I returned everything. It took her the longest to do the return. Oh boy was I baffled since she can’t apply discounts she had to adjust them for the returns 🤦🏾♀️💆🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ and even then she could not return my full purchase to my credit card because of her adjustments.
This ideology of the stores showing items in stock but not filling the orders is disrespectful to my time (which my time is priceless). Which putting the deals together takes a while but for this to be a continuous problem some thing have to give. Either don’t show items in stock till there available on the shelves or the fillers should go and find the item to fill the order. Read moreThe manager that works there is so disgustingly disrespectful it's not even funny at this point, I went in with 2 of my siblings and everything was going fine until the manger got on the phone with one of her "friends" and started to blatantly talk about me and my siblings, this isn't the first time this happened either the last time she cornered me when I was alone and started complaining about how we wouldn't put some of the items we didn't pay for away mind you she was practically yelling so everyone in the store could hear so I just told her we'd put everything away and I thought that would be the end but this evening we went in and immediately she got an attitude with us when we me and my sister went to checkout she told us we stunk and that it was driving customer's out which was a complete lie and the remaining customer's looked as confused as I was, that aside she was rude to more then one customer in the same day making people say hi then getting mad when she couldn't hear them and just straight up being a snob.
Overall I won't be going back she needs to be fired especially with how unprofessional she is, I suggest saving your money and going to the family dollar right...

Rita then decided to jump on the register because the older gentleman behind me was complaining the young man was taking too long to count. When she ring me up my total was 28.71 and kiosk started digital coupon accepted but the 5.00 was not coming off.
