I was very disappointed by the customer service when I needed to return seven bags of mortar which was error on their part. They had no problem excepting almost $600 from me on a home project purchase. It would've been nice if they were responsible with their mistake. I purchased these materials on a Saturday and attempted to return the seven bags of mortar for $55 refund two weeks later. The product was in perfect condition and stored correctly. They could have sold it no problem. Now I have seven bags of mortar sitting around. What a shame! It took a while to find decent service when we purchased the original materials and that should have been an indicator to keep on looking for a stone dealer.
