HOME INVASION ARMED ROBBERY IN MY HOME!!!!! On June 8th 2019 3 to 4 men came into my home and put guns to our heads while my 3 day old baby was in the house and took everything . I provided them with the police report number and it took them days to obtain it! I went to the leasing office to ask about breaking my lease due to the situation and they said that I would owe them $850 × 3 if I terminated my lease. They had no remorse for the situation. Natasha had no emotion it was clear that she did not care. Even the "manager" above her from the macon location showed no concern . I then asked about relocating to a new unit and that said I must put in a 30 day notice in order to move and still it wont be a guarantee. When the home invasion occurred the front gates were WIDE OPEN and has been wide open for about 3 weeks. I have been noticing in and out traffic and strange faces in the area . They also claim that their system was is down and has been down for weeks resulting in no internet connection and the phone was not working and hasn't been. The robbers got away with my house keys and myself and the detective was reaching out to the onsite emergency maintenance team for hours to get the locks replaced in the home. I didnt hear back from them until the following day . I even asked them to produce a leger for me to be able to move and they could not provide it. Here we are in June and the pool has not been fixed and cleaned or open for the summer. The leasing office staff just come to work and sit in their desks with nothing to do. Bridgette is VERY NICE and UNDERSTANDING she tried her best to help as much as possible but she doesnt have much authority so there wasnt much she can do without the okay of the upper staff!! I could of been dead and have to leave my kids behind and all they are worried about is their money and not the safety of their residents . I pay my rent on time each month and some months I pay early and they upload my money orders in the system late on most months so my leger appears as tho I have paid late but have never paid late. This place needs a whole new management team. NATASHA should be fired!!!! When I first moved here she pretended to be such a nice person but as time went on I have seen in numerous occasions where she was unfair to most of the tenants in the community. A young lady came in last week to tell her that there is A RAT in her unit and she simply asked the tenant "what do you want me to do....I suggest you buy a cat" she is very rude and sarcastic. If this property continues to have people like this working for them then they will soon be out...
Read moreOkay, so I have read the reviews and the negative reviews are true, BUT for the OLD management! I've resided @ Lexington On The Green for 3 years. The first management team were replaced within 30-60 days after we moved in, so I can't speak much on them. The next management were AWFUL and so were the maintenance crew. NOW, we have NEW MANAGEMENT, AND THEY ARE LIFE! SIMONE is the property manager. She is THEEEE SWEETEST! Simone actually cares about her residents. She is VERY understanding and big on communication. If there is a problem, all you have to do is call her and she is there for you! Which is very important in my opinion. She is respectful, professional and most of all human. RYAN is the assistant property manager. He is FULL OF PERSONALITY that I appreciate. Who wants to dread going into their leasing office? NOT ME! Ryan is sweet and funny. If you need him, I GURANTEE, he is in that cart on 2 wheels, headed your way! LOL! Simone and Ryan are both very attentive to our needs and they make an AWESOME team! The Maintenance team ROCK! They actually work hard and FIX issues, oppose to a temporary bare minimum. If he says that he will be back, he actually comes back. The maintenance team is also respectful of your unit, which I also appreciate. The small amount of time, the new management has been here, you definitely see a BIG difference. We as residents can actually see where our money is going. The buildings as well as the inside of the buildings, have been pressure washed. Beautiful flower beds are all around the community. New stop and handicapped signs are installed. The complex has always been quiet and peaceful. I've never heard of any apartment or car break in's. You never see anyone loitering outside of their units, day or night, which is also important, in my opinion. Overall, the community is a working class, family,...
Read moreUpdate 3/1/19* Still no work completed. They offered me another unit and stated that I would have to sign a new lease agreement for 12 months. My lease is up in June and I do not want to sign another lease agreement so now they're offering to terminate my lease and give me March rent free in the mold infested unit. They told me to use the funds I would've paid rent with to pay for movers. What about my application and deposit funds needed to move somewhere else? What about the inconvenience they put me in trying to find a new place to live and transferring my children school? I repeat they do not care. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Mold spreads and I'm sure the whole building is infested. Mold everywhere! I've contacted corporate and still no response. This unit is a health hazard and I want out. I wish I could post the video of the roof leaking that they stated was fixed. I made complaints and sent emails and no resolution I'm totally fed up. Maintenance came out right away once he was notified but spraying mold x or whatever solution to get the mold out is not the answer to this mold infested unit. I'm not willing to jeopardize my children and/or my own health dealing with this property. I pay my rent every month and on time so I should feel comfortable and safe in my place. 2/22/19* I called code enforcement in regards to my unit and they gave the community a code violation and now they have until 3/13/19 to complete the work. DO NOT MOVE HERE MAXUS DO NOT CARE ABOUT...
