First and last time going here. My family order an Asian bowl $7.99+$5.00 for grilled chicken. A traditional salad (that didn’t come with cucumbers assuming since I was charged for them) $6.99 +$6.00 seared tuna +$.65cucumbers +$.65 sweet potatoes(expected to be charged for sweet potatoes). A 10 piece lemon pepper w/o fries $9.99. Another traditional salad $6.99 +$5.00 grilled chicken. 4pc chicken strips w/ fries $8.59. Total was $64.97. We were charged $2.49 non cash adj which we didn’t know until after our card was swiped then they had the nerve to have a tip as an option😑. The salad dressing options suck for the price of salads I expect a better variety. When I got home I added things to my salad because they put a sprinkle of cucumbers and a sprinkle of small diced red onions it didn’t look like a $14 salad. The other traditional salad with grilled chicken didn’t have $5.00 worth of chicken. The wings were ok and lacking too little and not bomb for $1 per wing. I should have known when they didn’t asked me how I wanted my tuna. Not pictures but the strips had a little amount of fries. If the food was worth it we would be back but it’s not. Oh yeah I had to ask for an itemized receipt.

I’ve ordered food from here quite a few times & I’ve NEVER been disappointed! Everything is always so fresh & they accommodate me by following the order notes & I appreciate that! Today I decided to try their dessert, even though I thought the cake was a little pricey, I said “why not.” This key lime cake literally melts in your mouth! I’m mad at myself for trying it, because now I want all of the flavors! This little loaf is well worth the asking price & I could barely stop eating it long enough to take the picture! I’ve tried their salads, the soul bowl with fried shrimp, black bean/impossible burger & all of them pass the test of the picky eater!! Also, I love how they seal the bag with my food in it to discourage tampering. It truly makes a difference.

Service was excellent. Got the soul food bowl w/salmon. Costing $18. The dish was good. Wish it wouldve been less rice & more of the other ingredients but thats just a personal preference. Salmon was a lil bit salty but it was cooked perfectly. The temp was perfect. And even tho it was onthe saltier side it balanced out with the meal as a whole and it was still delicious and again thats just my personal taste buds. It was Very flavorful. It came w/a dressing/sauce but didnt need it cause it was flavorful esp salmon. Im ready for a nap!!!!! Def will be back.

I’ve ordered from this place a few times and honestly never had any issues until yesterday I ordered by phone a-little over an hour before they closed. I arrived to pick up my order BEFORE they closed, and they refused to give me my food. Apparently they don’t close at 8pm, they close at 7:50 ish because they wouldn’t allow me to come in to get my order that was sitting out on the table. The lady cashier acted as if she didn’t know what I was talking about when I came to get my order, like I’m sure you can remember talking to me when I called to place my order. I assumed they didn’t expect me to come, they acted as if I came after they closed, which is not the case. I’m still confused as to why I couldn’t get my food, they didn’t give me a valid reason, just talking in circles not making any sense. They must have wanted to take my food home for themselves, which I am sure is what they did. Luckily they don’t make you pay in advance, maybe this is the reason why, so they can take your food and refuse to give it to you when you try to pick it up. I also find it disgusting that they don’t leave your food in a food warmer, they just leave it sitting out. Have they forgotten what city they are in? Y’all are in Atlanta and you expect people to come pick up their food in 10-15 mins after they place the order. They have no regard for people who stay 30 mins out, if I come to your establishment BEFORE you close, then give me my food! Now I’ve wasted time and gas for no reason. Won’t be coming back, their customer service is trash,...

The food is very good when made right. Great healthy alternatives that we need in the area. Had been going since opening when the owner (I think) was still behind the front counter...

That being said, Unfortunately on the last several orders thru a delivery partner, they keep messing the notes and I've paid for items that I wasn't getting. Even when I've ordered online but picked it up and was told they'd make sure I had what I paid for, I still had to turn around for a correction and paid items. On the 2nd to last order (4/5th time of a missed order note), I called to make them aware and was met with a condescending tone and very little care from the woman picked up about how they keep messing up. I did suggest a concern about the need to tighten up on attention to detail/front desk/order checker. There was NO understanding for my valid frustrations about the continous matter. I still ordered after that, trying to give the benefit of the doubt to the black owned business.

On the that last occasion, it didn't even have the protein NOR my extras that I paid for. I pay for food cooked to order as advertised, not the smart mouth replies simply because I wanted to report my concerns or get answers about the recent slack in service.. I'm sure they have plenty of business but will be getting less of my previously loyal business due to the customer service component...

Edit: and this review has been up for about a year (only recently updated to add area details) with no response from the owner...
